1. Can I see a full gallery of one property, not just highlights?
A portfolio shows the best ten images from years of work. A complete gallery shows consistency: is every room straight and bright, or only the hero shot?
2. How do you handle windows and views?
The answer should mention exposure blending, HDR or flash. If the windows in the portfolio are white blurs, the view you are paying for will disappear.
3. What is the delivery time, and is it written in the quote?
Forty-eight hours is standard for a residential shoot. Anything longer costs you days on the market.
4. What exactly is included in the price?
Number of images, editing, travel within Prague, usage licence. A low headline price with extras for every image is not a low price. Compare with our transparent price list.
5. Who owns the photos and how can I use them?
You should receive a licence to use the images on every portal, on social media and in print for as long as you market the property. Ask whether developers can reuse the photos for future campaigns.
6. Are you a registered drone operator?

7. Do you offer 3D tours, floor plans and virtual staging?

8. What happens if it rains?
Interiors go ahead; exteriors and drone should be rescheduled free of charge.
9. How do you prepare the client?

10. Can you invoice a company and work in my language?
