Frequently asked questions
Do you photograph outside Prague?
Yes. Prague itself has no travel fee. Central Bohemia (Kladno, Beroun, Říčany, Brandýs) is covered with a small fee; other regions are quoted individually.
Can you shoot an occupied flat?
Yes, as long as it is tidy. Tenants’ personal items are kept out of frame.
Do I get the copyright?
You receive a licence to use the images for marketing the property for as long as you need. Extended licences for developers and portals are available.
What if the weather is bad?
Interior shoots go ahead in any weather. If a twilight or drone exterior is planned, we reschedule that part free of charge.
