A residential project in Prague is marketed for two or three years before the last unit is sold. Photography supports every stage, and planning it at the start saves money and gives you a consistent visual story from the first render to the last handover.
Stage 1: site and progress
Monthly drone photos from the same positions show progress to investors and buyers and build trust that the project is moving. A fixed ground viewpoint adds a time-lapse series.
Stage 2: the show flat
The show flat is the single most important shoot. It sells the remaining units, so it gets full styling, twilight exterior if the facade is finished, and a 3D tour that lets buyers abroad walk through it.
Stage 3: completed units
Once the first units are finished, photograph two or three different layouts, empty and virtually staged. Buyers of an unfinished unit want to see the real finish quality, not a render.
Stage 4: handover and portfolio
Final exteriors, common areas, landscaping and a drone view of the finished building. These images serve the developer’s next project as much as this one.
Licensing for developers
Standard real estate licences cover one property. For developers we quote a project licence: unlimited use across the sales campaign, the corporate website and future bids, with the photographer credited where required.
| Stage | What we shoot | Typical timing |
|---|---|---|
| Progress | Drone + fixed viewpoint | Monthly |
| Show flat | Interiors, twilight, 3D tour | Once, at opening |
| Completed units | 2–3 layouts, virtual staging | At first completion |
| Handover | Exteriors, common areas, drone | At completion |
Frequently asked questions
Can you fly a drone over a construction site in Prague?
Often yes, depending on the location’s airspace. We check the official map and arrange authorisation where needed.
Do you provide images for the sales brochure and billboards?
Yes. Full-resolution files suitable for large-format print are included in the project licence.
Can the show flat be photographed before the facade is finished?
Yes. We photograph the interiors and return for exteriors and twilight once the scaffolding is down.
