How do I book a shoot?
Send the form on the contact page, e-mail info@pragueb2b.com or message us on WhatsApp at +420 705 906 298. We reply within 24 hours with a price and available dates.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to five working days for real estate and headshots, one to two weeks for hotels and restaurants, and two to four weeks for drone shoots that need an authorisation.
What are your prices?
Real estate photography starts at 3 600 CZK, drone add-ons at 1 600 CZK, Matterport 3D tours at 3 500 CZK, hotel, restaurant and headshot sessions at 4 000 CZK. See the full price list on the Prices page.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are quoted per project. Your written quote states clearly whether VAT applies.
How and when are photos delivered?
Through a private online gallery within 48 hours for real estate, three working days for headshots and five working days for hotels, restaurants and commercial projects. Express delivery is available.
Who owns the photos?
PragueB2B keeps the copyright; you receive a licence to use the images for your marketing without time limit. Extended and exclusive licences are available.
Do you photograph outside Prague?
Yes. Central Bohemia has a small travel fee; the rest of the Czech Republic and neighbouring countries are quoted individually.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Interior shoots go ahead. Exterior, twilight and drone parts are rescheduled free of charge.
Do you speak Czech?
We work in English, Czech, Turkish and German.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer in CZK or EUR after delivery. Larger projects are invoiced with a 50 percent deposit.
Can you deliver in the formats Booking.com or Sreality require?
Yes. We deliver web-ready sizes for every major portal plus full-resolution files for print.
Do you offer video?
Yes: drone clips, property films, hotel films and short social media videos.
