This privacy policy explains how PragueB2B (website: https://pragueb2b.com) collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit this website or contact us. What data we collect

  • Contact form: name or company name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this data only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare a quote.
  • E-mail and phone contact: the details you share with us when you write or call.
  • Website analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 (via Site Kit by Google) to understand how visitors use the site. IP addresses are anonymised and the data is aggregated.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider (Hostinger) stores standard technical logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security purposes.

Legal basis and purpose

We process contact data on the basis of pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data from completed projects is kept for the period required by Czech accounting and tax law.

This website uses strictly necessary cookies for its operation and, with your consent, analytics cookies set by Google Analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time through your browser settings or by deleting cookies. Embedded content from other websites (for example Google Maps, YouTube or Matterport tours) behaves as if you visited that website directly and may set its own cookies.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed on our behalf by our hosting provider, our e-mail delivery service and Google (analytics). Photographs produced for clients remain the subject of a separate written agreement.

How long we keep data

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. Client and invoicing data is kept for 10 years as required by Czech law. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights write to info@pragueb2b.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk.
